Sponsored Walk Sunday 28th June 2009

This year our Sponsored walk will start (and end) at Saltdean Lido, Saltdean
Start at 10.30 a.m.

The walk is to raise desperately needed funds to enable the NASS branch to continue
providing the much needed physiotherapy and hydrotherapy for people
with Ankylosing Spondilitis in the Brighton area.

The walk with take us along the top of the cliffs to Woodingdean where we will pass through the village
and then return back to the Saltdean Lido via the 'undercliff path'.

Total walk length approx. 4km. (there are no styles, or excessive hills.)

Please come along and join in, bring family, friends and dogs and preferably get some sponsors.
Fancy Dress is a preferred option.
